De selectie van textiel spindles ingangen zoals staal, aluminium, voegt opgekocht en andere componenten is gebaseerd op internationale specificaties, onze 72 jaar van spillenmarkt fabricage ervaring, klant eisen, constante markt onderzoek en strikte vigilie over de laatste productontwikkelingen. The requirements of each input is defined and documented in our quality plans. De eisen van elke ingang worden gedefinieerd en gedocumenteerd in onze kwaliteit plannen. |

Inputs are procured from nationally or internationally reputed manufacturers or their authorized dealers / distributors. Ingangen zijn verkregen uit nationaal of internationaal bekende fabrikanten of hun erkende handelaren / distributeurs. Inputs are procured from only those suppliers who have capacity / capability to fulfill our stringent requirements. Ingangen zijn verkregen uit alleen de leveranciers die zijn capaciteit en het vermogen om te voldoen aan onze strenge eisen.

Incoming Inspection: Inkomende Inspectie: |
|
All inputs are subjected to strict incoming inspection which includes dimensional, chemical and metallurgical testing. Alle ingangen zijn onderworpen aan strikte inkomende inspectie waarin dimensionale, chemische en metallurgische testen. We have in-house capacity to inspect all inputs. We hebben in huis te inspecteren alle ingangen. The inputs are not used by our production department unless and until the required inspection and testing activities are satisfactory completed. De ingangen worden niet gebruikt door onze productie-afdeling, tenzij en totdat de vereiste keurings-en controlediensten activiteiten bevredigend zijn voltooid. |

Preservation: Bewaring: |

All inputs, in process material as well as finished products are preserved in a manner in which the quality of the product does not get deteriorated. Alle ingangen in het proces van zowel materiële als afgewerkte producten worden bewaard op een manier waarop de kwaliteit van het product niet krijgen verslechterd. |

The product realization processes, especially related to production are selected on the bases of international practices and our rich experience. Het product realisatie processen, met name gerelateerd aan de productie worden geselecteerd op basis van internationale praktijken en onze rijke ervaring. Adequate controls and monitoring are exercised during all product realization processes. Voldoende controle en toezicht worden uitgeoefend tijdens alle productgroepen realisatie processen. The quality of in process product is constantly controlled by conducting first piece approvals, line inspections, 100 % inspection by operators, periodic measurement setting checking and batch approvals. The final product passes through a strict final inspection consisting of pre-assembly, during assembly and post assembly inspections. Het uiteindelijke product door een strenge eindcontrole bestaat uit pre-assemblage, tijdens de montage en de montage achteraf inspecties. No product is cleared for despatch unless all inspections including performance testing are conducted satisfactory. Packaging: Verpakking: |
|
The final product is packed in such a way that the quality of product does not damage or deteriorated till it reaches the customer. Het eindproduct wordt verpakt in een dusdanige wijze dat de kwaliteit van het product geen schade of achteruit tot zij tot de klant. The spindle top parts are packed in a specially designed thermocol packaging to avoid any transit damages. De spillenmarkt bovenste delen zijn verpakt in een speciaal ontworpen verpakking thermocol om elke doorvoer schadevergoeding.

Most modernize measuring and testing equipments are used for obtaining accurate results. Meest modernisering van het meten en testen van apparatuur worden gebruikt voor het verkrijgen van nauwkeurige resultaten. These instruments and gauges are periodically calibrated using masters having traceability to nationally or internationally approved laboratory. Deze instrumenten en manometers periodiek worden gekalibreerd met behulp van meesters met herleidbaarheid naar nationaal of internationaal erkend laboratorium.
